My name is Elsa Fernandez, and I've been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years.
Manos Sagradas — meaning Sacred Hands — is the practice I built around a belief I've held since the beginning of my career: touch is not transactional. When massage is performed with genuine presence and skill, it becomes one of the most powerful tools for healing the body and calming the mind.

What should I expect during my first appointment?
Before the session begins, Elsa will have a brief conversation to understand your goals, areas of tension, and any health considerations. She'll set up her table and equipment, and from there everything is completely personalized to you.
What do I need to provide at home?
Just a quiet room with enough space for a massage table — a living room, bedroom, or any open area works well. Elsa brings everything else: table, linens, oils, and tools.
How long does setup and breakdown take?
Elsa typically needs about 10–15 minutes to set up before the session and 10–15 minutes to pack down afterward. Please factor this into your scheduling.
How often should I book?
Many clients benefit most from monthly sessions, though the right frequency depends on your body and goals. Elsa will give you an honest recommendation after your first session.
What's the difference between Swedish and Deep Tissue massage?
Swedish massage uses gentle, flowing strokes to promote overall relaxation. Deep Tissue uses more sustained pressure to target deeper muscle layers and release chronic tension. Both can be combined in a single session.
Is mobile massage therapy safe?
Massage is safe for most people. During your intake conversation, Elsa will ask about any health conditions to make sure your session is appropriate and comfortable.
What is the service area?
Elsa currently serves Miami and surrounding areas including Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Brickell, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, and South Miami. Confirm full coverage list with Elsa before launch.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Bookings can be managed directly through Fresha.
